4R in the News: Brownfield Ag Covers 4R Certification Program Milestone

Brownfield‘s Dave Russell spoke with Carrie Vollmer-Sanders, Western Lake Erie Basin project director for The Nature Conservancy on the 4R Nutrient Stewardship Certification Program’s announcement that more than one million acres in the Western Lake Erie Basin are now under the guidance of nutrient service providers that have earned certification through the voluntary program.

Vollmer-Sanders told Russell that the one million acre mark represents 20 percent of the acres in the Western Lake Erie Basin, and provided more details on the program’s milestone in an audio interview posted to Brownsfield’s website.
